Executive Management Services 

Some of our clients have asked us for dedicated support person to be present on site at regularly scheduled times.  We listened to our customers and have created the Systemedics Executive Management Service plan. 

Under this plan, a client can have regularly scheduled service support in half-day per week increments according to the desires of the client.   This allows the clients to work with a dedicated personal Executive Management Representative who will be intimately familiar with their needs and plans.  In addition, non-urgent maintenance issues can be addressed during regularly scheduled times leaving more resources available for truly emergent problems.   Customized services offered include:

  • LAN administration and maintenance

  • Maintenance of all information and communication technology hardware

  • Cataloguing and tracking of all hardware and software with regard to depreciation, licensing, version upgrades, service packs, maintenance contracts and other issues

  • Monitoring of client security including remote access security, access authentication, appropriate usage issues and viruses

  • Customized education and in-servicing of staff

  • Management of your Internet connection, Virtual Private Network, or other Wide Area Networking technology for connection to satellite office, health systems or outside entities

  • New project exploration and evaluation

  • Implementation of home systems, remote access capability and Internet access for your home office
