Management Services Some
of our clients have asked us for dedicated support person to be present on
site at regularly scheduled times. We
listened to our customers and have created the Systemedics Executive
Management Service plan. Under
this plan, a client can have regularly scheduled service support in
half-day per week increments according to the desires of the client. This allows the clients to work with a dedicated
personal Executive Management Representative who will be intimately
familiar with their needs and plans.
In addition, non-urgent maintenance issues can be addressed during
regularly scheduled times leaving more resources available for truly
emergent problems. Customized
